A highly accomplished engineer with 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering.
I possess a deep understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design to regulatory submissions and post-market surveillance.

I have expertise in risk management, design control, human factors and quality systems. I have successfully led the development and commercialization of several medical devices including Radiotherapy devices, Endoscopes, Auto-injectors and Inhalers.

I am passionate about developing innovative and impactful medical devices that improve patient outcomes.
Rob Wade-West
An engineer and project manager with almost two decades of experience in the medical and high-end consumer device industries.
With deep expertise in technical problem-solving, project planning, design for manufacture, testing & verification, and team leadership, I excel at delivering simple, effective solutions for complex technical challenges.
I enjoy creating robust and highly functional designs, and transferring ideas and ways of working between consumer product and medical device environments.
