This can include mechanisms, mouthpieces, dose counters, flow paths, seals, reservoirs, cartridges, test fixtures and the engineering needed to understand how the device and formulation interact.

INJECTABLE DEVICES

We develop injectable devices where force, timing, usability and reliability are critical.

Our work can support autoinjectors, wearable injectors, pen injectors, transfer systems, needle safety mechanisms, drive systems, housings, test rigs and the detailed engineering needed to make delivery predictable.

ORAL DELIVERY SYSTEMS

We help develop oral delivery systems that need to protect, meter, release or place a formulation in a controlled way.

These projects often require careful consideration of handling, sealing, actuation, dose control, material compatibility, user interaction and the constraints of high-volume manufacture.

LIQUID, DRY POWDER AND PELLET-BASED FORMATS

We work across delivery formats where the physical behaviour of the formulation has a direct impact on device design.
This can include flow, friction, compaction, clogging, leakage, sealing, moisture control, dose consistency and the test methods needed to characterise real performance.
