MEDICAL DEVICES

We support the development of medical devices that need to perform reliably in demanding use conditions.

CONNECTED MEDICAL DEVICES

We support connected medical devices where mechanical, electronic and software systems need to work together as a coherent product.

Our role is often in resolving the physical product architecture: enclosures, interfaces, charging, sealing, sensor integration, buttons, indicators, assemblies and the design details that allow connected systems to perform reliably in real use.

DIAGNOSTIC DEVICES

We help develop diagnostic devices that need to operate consistently across users, samples and environments.

Our work can support mechanisms, cartridges, housings, fluid handling features, user interfaces, test fixtures and the engineering needed to turn sensitive technical processes into robust product systems.

SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS

We develop surgical instruments where precision, ergonomics and repeatable performance are critical.

This can include mechanisms, handles, actuation systems, disposable components, reusable assemblies and the detailed design work needed to support manufacture, cleaning, testing and reliable clinical use.

CRITICAL CARE DEVICES

We work on devices where reliability, clarity and controlled performance are essential.

These projects often require careful management of mechanical risk, tolerance sensitivity, usability, assembly quality and verification evidence, particularly where product failure could have serious consequences.
